I recently graduated from college this June and am pursuing a career in lab research.  In my spare time I like to hang out with my college friends who are still around (it helps that my hometown is where the university is, and that a lot of my friends are either nearby or haven’t graduated yet!).  I’m also an alumni of Alpha Phi Omega, and I highly recommend it to anyone who has the opportunity to join.

I started to blog after reading some of my friends’ blogs on wordpress.com, and I realized how much you can learn from a person just by reading what they write.  Although I originally started ‘tamarawrites’ with the idea of writing about my daily life for my friends, I decided to include topics that people who have never met me would be interested in as well. The blog is a collection of everything that I find important, or fun, or silly, and so on. Enjoy!
